What is Foreskin Restoration anyway?
The term “foreskin restoration” can refer to any method of
recreating a facsimile of a foreskin (prepuce) to cover the head
of the penis (the glans), for men who have lost their
original foreskin due to circumcision.
This can be done either by surgical means, or
non-surgically by gradual stretching (tissue expansion).
A more accurate term for surgical restoration is
“foreskin reconstruction.” Most of the resources
on the Internet are focused on non-surgical restoration.
Despite the name “restoration” or “reconstruction,”
it is not possible to actually restore the ENTIRE lost foreskin.
I mean, MILLIONS of veins have been removed!
An natural foreskin contains specialized nerve
endings, muscles and blood vessels that are necessary
for normal sexual function and sensation.
While to some degree these functions can be recreated,
once the original tissue is cut off and thrown away,
it can never be fully recovered.
Nevertheless, foreskin restoration can GREATLY
enhance the sexual experience, and will improve
daily personal comfort. Restored men have reported
feelings of wholeness, empowerment, and “taking
back their bodies from the circumcisers.”
There are lots of resources online, like
Info-circ, Norm, and Indra,
that explore this topic in great detail.
We found a great device called the TUGGER.
It will help you strecth your existing skin, back over the glans,
to help re-create lost foreskin. And it feels wonderful!
But it does take time! After all, Rome was not
built in a day! But we have tried it, (and are wearing it right now!)
it is totally comfortable, and in the last 6 months, it has stretched the skin I had.
Their newest version, the clear YOUR SKIN CONE was released
in the fall and has been selling like crazy!
The Your-Skin Restoration Cone allows you to comfortably keep your own skin rolled up over your glans. This allows your glans and “inner” skin (between circ scar and glans) to regain natural health and sensitivity.
