Well no wonder why I haven’t been able to view your blog in a while…you changed it and now it just takes way too long to pull up.
Why the change to the slower site??
You were not able to view it? We have not heard of any problems….We changed the template for several reasons a few days ago. People wanted the type bigger and a few other small things. But the speed should not be affected….maybe the server was overloaded? I don’t know. We get 6000-7000 views a day, and I think when 20-30 people are all on at the same time, it slows everything down. Unfortunately, since we don’t charge for the site, I can not afford to increase the speed. Maybe one day – when we charge everyone $1 for a visit! We can move to a faster server.
I just checked – it should pretty much load completely within 20-30 seconds…..That’s not bad, considering the THOUSANDS of images we have!
